IS HEREBY GIVEN that An EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Company will be held at the Offices of fesans. That the Articles of Associn- tion of the Company be amended as

follows:-

(a) By the insertion immediately after Article 43 of the follow- ing new Article, namely:- 10 (a) The Company may by ordinary resolution cancel any shares which at the date of the passing of such resolution have not been taken or agroed to be taken by any person, and diminish the amount of ..its share capital by the amount of the shares so cancelled:- (6) By the insertion immediately

AND NOTICE IS HEREDY FURTHER GIVEN that A Further GENERAL

EXTRAORDINARY

MEETING of the Company will be held at the Same Place on TUES- DAY, the 2D DAY of DECEMBER, 1030, at 11.5 O'clock in the FORT- NOON or boon thereafter as the Above Meeting shall have terminat- ed, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing, the following Resolutions, namely:-

That the Company do hereby cancel all shares (namely, 22,277 sharos aumlisred 27724 to 50000) which at the data heroof have not been taken or agreed to be taken by any person, and do hereby diminish the amount of its share capital by the amount of the shares to cancelled.

That the Capital of the Com- pany be increased from its diminish- od capital of $194,001.00 Hong Kong Currengy divided into 27,723 shares of 87.00 each to $500,010 Hong Kong Ourroney divided into 71,430 shares of $7.00 cach and that such addi- tional shores shall rank in all re- sporta" "pure"pare with the originat ospital of the Company.

That if on such distribution as aforesaid any person would be. entitled to a fraction of a sharo the General Managers shall in lieu of issuing fractional rertificates cause the whole zhore to be allotted to a person or persons to be named by the General Managers and such share may at such time as the Coneral Managers think it be told and the proceeds distributed amongst the persons entitled to the fractions making up the share.
