The caso i which Kwok Chun Shing, formerly manager of the Health House Washing and Dis infecting Bureau is chargod, with uttering a forged document for $120 was continúed before Mr., Lindsell at Central Magistracy yesterday. The Magistrate read his decision on the plen of Mr. F..X. d'Almada, for the defendant, that the complainant was estopped from bringing the present charge by Section of the Forgery Ordi- nance. He held that the prosecu- tion was not debarred from doing so, and remarked that it now re- mined for the Court to proceed with the use on its merits.
