LESSON SERMON.
FIRST CHURCH OF CHRIST, SCIENTIST, HONG KONG,
Are ain, discase and death real?" was the subject of the Les- son-Sermon in all Churches of Christ,
Scientist, on Sunday, October 12.
The Golden Text was; "Depart from evil, and do good; and dwell for evermore." (Pualın 37; 27.).
Among the citations which com- prised the Lesson-Sermon was the. following from the Bible; "My voice shalt thou hear in the morn- ing, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. For thou art not a God that hath plansuro in wicked- ness; neither shall evil dwell with thee." (Psalm 5; 3-4.)
The Lesson-Sorinon also includ- et the following pizzage, from the Christian Science Textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," by Mary Baker Eddy: All reality is in God and His creation, harmonious and eternal. That which He creates is good, and He makes all that is nado. Therefore the only reality of sin, sickness, or death is the real to human, erring belief, until God strips off their disguise." (p 472.}
