Lady Peel had promised to come down tast Monday when the finals were originally planned to be play ed, but unfortunately the rain made play impossible, so that they had to postpone the game till to-day. and Lady Peel was not able to come down.

In the Indies' section, Miss Yeung Sau King figured prominently, win ning two of the longer races organ- ised for Indies, and in each caso establishing a new record for the meet. It may be mentioned that she was the lady champion in the recent Kwangtung provincial meet- ing.
The men's championship was cap- tured by Chau Ki Chung, while is Yeung Sau King took the Indies" honours.
The Harbour Race.
The Chinese harbour race will be held on Saturday afternoon when competitors, including six ladies,

Tuesday's Results. Following are the results of Tues. day's events:--
Moanwhile Pereira and Gittens reacod up and down the bath with about three to four yards between thom. With a little aver Bfty yards to go Gittens closed up with Roza Pereira and gave promise of n thrilling finish, but the Portu- guese lad had plenty in hand over the last twenty yards and finished strongly, about five yards ahead of Gittins. Throwing the Water Polo Ball. There were only two entries for the contest of throwing the water' pole ball, this being S. H. Wong and T. Pagot. Wong had already figured prominently in this year's championship, having won the 100 yarda backstroke. He is one of the. Leat forwards in local water polo circles. Paget is a speedater who 2has figure in many of the V.R.C's night fetes and plays water polo for the Kowloon Swimming Club's seconds.
In a short speech, Capt.
