Appreciation of the racing facili ties provided during the week-end was voiced at the annual meeting of the Fanling Hunt and Race Club and heartily endorsed by the members. The meeting was held yesterday in the Bond Room of Messrs. Jardine: Matheson & Co, td, the Hon. Mr. J. J. Paterson taking the chair.

In response to our request, the Stewards of the Hong Kong Jockey Club have accorded this Club the status of a "Becognised Club," and this will cover flat racing and hurdle racing as well as steeple chasing.
