NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN NO that An EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the above Company will be held at EXCHANGE BUILDING (FIRST FLOOR) DES VEUX ROAD CENTRAL, Victorin, in the Colony of Hong Kong on TUESDAY, the 23RD SEPTEMBER, 1930, at 11 4.81, in the FORENOON, for the purpose of considering and if thought fit passing the following Resolutions as Ordinary Resolutions, viz:-
(1) That the authorised capital of the Company (which now 81,500,000 consisting of 200,000 shares fully paid up of the norainal value of $7.50 per share all of which have been be increased from
