At a meeting of shareholders of the Hong Kong Land Investment and Agency Co. the issue of 60,000 new shares at
a premium of $35 per share was passed unanimously.

Twenty men, including an Anglo-HE Undersigned have received Catholic priest, were forcibly eject- ed from a meeting of the Protestant Truth Society held in the Central Hall, Westminster last month.
There were riotous scenes, and
police were called in to quell the disorder

Angry replies were made by those around them, and frec fights ensued. Stewards vaulted over seats and, aided by members of the Protestant Truth Society, scized the interrupters.

Chairs were overturned in the scuffle, which lasted for minutes, and eventually the inter- rapters were herded to the stair- caso and compelled to leave. The meeting proceeded after the arrival of the police.

After the meeting special police patrolled the pavements outside the ball, and dispersed groups of Anglo-Catholics and Kensitites who were engaged in, angry altercation.
A small group of Anglo-Catholics watched for Mr. Keneit's departure, but he left by another exit.
