Tobacco 'Duties.
Resolved that the duties on to- bacco set forth in section 6 of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1918, Ordinance No. 10 of 1916, be altered and that, subject to the provisions of sub- section (3) of the said, section, the duty payable (i) upon all tobacco imported into the Colony after the coming into operation "of this re solution, and (ii) upon all dutiable tobacco already in the Colony at the coming into operation of this
resolution, shall be as follows-per pound weight.
4.-On unmanufactured tobacco: (1) If unstripped:

per 100 pounds weight thereof.
