I have the honor toreport that on the 8th Instant. I was induced to
grant. Her Majecty's Free Pardon to

Chinese named Chow atare convicted
of Robbery with violence in April lact, and sentenced to Transportation for 15 years, and I now beg to state the reasons for which I deemed it proper to extend Her Majesty's Grace to the above named Prisoner.-
