I have the hown to enclose, for your
information, a List of Leares of Grown lands, comprising 7 lots, sold by Public auction on the 8th Instant._
By this cale an increase of

annum has been added to the Rent Roll of the Colony, and an
premium of £4.3.4 obtained on 6 Lots.. The Farm lot, it will be seen, knocked down at the upset price.-
