THE HARBOUR SURVEY.

Information has beer received to the effect that until further notice a hydrographical Survey will bo carried out in Victoria Harbour Hong Kong by Harbour Authorities. It will be conducted in a series of squares whose sides will run N. and S., E. and W. Sides of squares will be 1,000 feet except those squares immediately to South of Kowloon Point whose sides will be 300 feet. The corners of the squares in which work is being carried out will be marked by Sampans fying Red Flags ships approaching should proceed with caution and avoid these squares as much as possible.
