The Council then considered the time
to be named for the execution, and it was recoved that Monday the 30 proximo, and the hour of 6 in the Morning or thereabouts, should be fined as the day and hour at which the sentence on the Six prisoners should be canied into ffect..
The Colonial Secretary
was accordingly
requested to prepare the necessary
Manant for the execution F

Sis Criminals and to transmit
the same to the Sheriff, with the requisite instructions. The Colonial
was also requested to

to the Military authorities for a sufficient quard to cient the Convicts from the Garl to thi place of Vicution._
