Witness said that when, the car arrived, he detained all the pas sengers. Mr. Dunlop got out while the others remained inside. The four defendants were removed when the first complainant arrived at the station, and two minutes after R. O. Ward searched it.
The articles stolen include 17 weaving machines, 45 dozen woollen singlets, 200 lbs. of cotton yarn, 400 lbs. of woollen yarn, and 1,300 metal rollers, the total value amounting to 34,500.
