MARINE COURT CASES.

Three fobia were each fined 810 by Mr. T. W. H. Hosegood at the Marine Court yesterday for going, on board the se, Kingyuan, at Buoy B13, without the permission of the captain.

Lying Inshore.

Five masters of cargo boats were fined 83 each for lying inshore at Eastern Street Wharf.. at West Point.

Collision at Sea. Captain D. Williams, the master of the s.. Kueichow, which arrived here on December 15 from Tientsin and Swatow, reported that while the vessel was at Tientein Wharf she collided with the s.. Yunnan and sustained minor damage.. She is owned by the China Navigation Co. and Mesars. Butterfield & Swire are the local agents.

Notice to Marinera,

In a report to the Harbour Master the Royal Naval Armament Depot states that a small quantity of 303 ammunition and fireworks will be fred for proof purposes at Stonecutters Rifo Range сд 3,310 Wednesday, Dec. 18, p.m.
