Senhor A. Tamagnini Barbosa, Governor of Maëao, and me. Tamagaini Arzited back Lisbon by the ML-3 D'Artagnan, yesterday. before his departure from Lisbon to resume office as Governor of Maeno, His Excellency was interviewed by a representative of one of the lead- ing Portuguese papërs.
