Harbin messages to Renga report that the Soviet are inpatient at the slow progress in the settlement of the CE.R. dispute, and have decided to commence activities at all important points on the Chinese- Soviet border.
According to a report from Hai lar, six Soviet places reappeared over Tankang, 38 miles east of Manehuli, and bombed the station and other points, inflicting severe damages.
