Steam Launch Coxswain Fined,

The coxswain of the steam launch Tagawa Maru was summoned before Mr T. W. H. Hosogood at the

Lance-Sergeant Hudson said that the defendant was towing a lighter alongside his launch and carried only the two white towing lights. He stopped the launch and board- ing her found the side lamps lit but on top of the forward cabin This evidence was corroborated by 2,500 Lance-Sergeant Olivier.
