GOVERNMENT PROCLAMA-.. TION AND INSTRUCTIONS.
A proclamation by H.E. The Governor in the current Gazette Fannounces that Part III of the Female Domestic Service Ordin-
ance, dealing with the registra tion of muitsai, will come into operation on December 1, 1029.
The date has been fixed by His Excellency with the advice and consent of the Executive Council.
Accompanying the Proclamation are a number of Regulations made by the Governor-in-Council, as fol- lou's:
1. Registration may be effected at the office of the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, or at the office' of the District Officer at Tai Po, or at any police station. The regis ter shall be kept by the Secretary for Chinese Affairs,

The Employer Has to Report:
