Double To-morrow being the Tenth the Canton Government has proclaimed a general holiday, the Kuomintang has undertaken all pre parations for the celebration of the event and the City is being bedeck- ed with flags, banners, and floral designs. Some dozen or so pailaus each with a double cross sympolis- ing the significance of the ocension, are being erected over the principal thoroughfares and they will be ablaze with electric lights to morrow night.
