Letter from Me Hillier, Chief Magistrate of this Colony, accompanied Certificate from his suctioni attendant shewing the state of -11= Hillier's health during the past 6 years.

Mr Hillier has not hitherto suberited to the Superannuation Fund,
but is now desirous to do so.

prayer is that he be permitted to contribute to that Fund from the date of his entering the Colonial Service, namely from the 20th December 1842, but to effect
