A sad feature of Mr. Comart's death is that his wife recently left for Home, and it was Mr. Cossart's intention to join the family next year. Besides the widow, he leaves two daughters at school in England,, who will receive the sympathies of many friends they made out here. The funeral was held at a late hour yesterday afternoon, and rain had begun to fall while many friends gathered at the monument. Among the gathering were the staff of the various departments of the Asiatic Petroleum Company and business friends.
