At yesterday's meeting of the Legislative Council, the Hon. Mr. J. P. Brags addressed Els Excellency the Governor and the Counell upon the subject of Street Lighting on the Peninsuls during a discussion upon the Supplementary Appropriation Memorandum which was formally adopted and passed by the Council.

Mr. Braga urged the installation of more oficient lighting sys tems at certain functions.,, He also touched upon the subject of " public band performances which would be appreciated by Kowloo residents.
