Soong has left Canton, His visit has been a com plete success and he has arranged, according to our Canton cor. respondent, for the proceeds of the Canton Customs, the salt taxes for the Liang Kwang Provinces, the opium and wine monopolies, the stamp and cigarette taxes, to be handed over direct to Nanking.
