Belated reports reaching here state that Sun Liang Cheng was severely defeated by Fang Chen Wu at Tangshan, on the Lungha Railway and that he is now en deavouring to push westward and effect a juncture with the Komin chun in the Tungkwan vicinity, but his way is barred by Han Fu Chu.
Trains are now running on the Peping-Hankow Railway as far as Sinyong, and it is believed that far as the railway will open as Chumation within the week.
