MARINE COURT CASES.
...The summonses against three mistresses of Class IV. boata for making fast to the ferry boat Sai Wao. Ho at Tai-O harbour were dismissed by Capt. T. W. H. Hose good at the Marine Court ons Saturday. The Magistrate remark ed that he could not go on with the cases as the officer for the prosecution had
not produced sufficient evidence to show that the defendants bad broken the law,
Chinese Warships at Suntow. For the present it is recommended that ships should not approach Chinese Warships in Swatow Bay during dark hours.
Wachow Shipping Three vessels arrived from Sham Shui yesterday. The ss. Sanning, s.s. Kochow, and sa Kwong Ying. The passage to Wuchow is still con sidered unadvisable, but the as. Tai Ming which left on Saturday wilk make an attempt to reach that port. The & Tai Hing sailed last night for Kongmoon, her usual rua to Wuchow being cancelled..
