⚫ MARKET. A telegram froin Shanghai 'states that the price of Chinese cotton has dropped by one tael while that of Japanese yarn has risen. by two tnels. In Cantor, demand is slack and as merchants are anxious to sell the price of fine yarn has drop ped by oven to right dollars, that of No. 20 by four to five dollars and that of No. 12 three to four dollars. It is likely that prices will drop still lower. Quotations on Sunday were as follows:-
