COXSWAIN DENIES CHARGE.

Tsing Fuk, coxawain of the steam launch Kwong Shun was beford Comdr. G. F. Hole at the Marine Court yesterday morning for being underway after dark without show- ing regulation lights on his steam launch. The defendant pleaded not guilty.

Sergeant Guffin said that he was on duty on No. Police launch at 8.30 p.m. on. March 18 patroling the Southern Fairway. About 50 yards from the Tai, Hing wharf he saw

Witness went aboard defendant's launch and examined his license.
