The s, Helikon was built in 1919 at the Hong Kong & Whampoa Dock Co., Ltd., with a zelt son- nage of 1,395 tons, and gross 2,232 tons. She was engined by the builders to 213-N.H.P. Her dimen- sions are Length. 270.6 ft., Beam 40.1 ft, and Depth 144 ft. The vessel arrived a few days ago from 383 the South and is at present at the
