Anchoring in Southern Fairway. The master of a trading junk was fined $10 with the alternative of 10 days' hard labour by Commander G. F. Hole, at the Marine Court yesterday, morning, for anchoring in the Southern Fairway. The defendsat pleaded

guilty, Lance-Sergeant Hill who made the arrest said, in evidence, that whilst in No. 7 Police Launch he saw the defendant's boat anchored in the Southern Fairway. It was about 100 yards from the Praya Wall.
