Empress of Asia (British) arrived from Vancouver and Shanghai with 832 tons of flour, apples and general cargo for Hong Kong and 567 tons of autos, flour and general cargo for through ports..
Tingehou (British) arrived from Shanghai and Amoy with 700 tons of general merchandise for Hong Kong and 400 tons for through ports.
Faldera (British) arrived from Yokohama and Shanghai with 32 tons of general cargo for Hoag Kong and 2,307 tons for through porta.
Chiakiang (British) arrived from Canton with 195 tons of general cargo for this port.
The defendant said that he had one or two moter-boats the same size as the Wah Hing, and for which the Survey Department had allowed 30 and 40 passengers to be carried He had pointed this out to the Department who had promised to re-survey his motor-boat.
