Dredging The Sea Red. Two mistresses of sampans were arrested by the Naval Yard Police and summoned before Comdr. J. B. Newill, D.S.O., R.N., at the Har bour Office yesterday morning for dredging the sea bed in the area of the Naval Anchorage. The defen- dants pleading guilty were fined' 310 aach, their nets confiscated by the order of the Court.
