LONDOS, October 31st. The views of the Preas on the ending of restriction of rubber ex ports are that the industry will soon recover, but the manner of the ending of the scheme is general- ly deplored.
Mincing Lane is 'little affected. It is felt that shipments from the East must be awaited before opinions can be formed as to the future. No sensational change is expected for several months.
Singapore Market Normal, The Straits Times of November 1st says:-To-day, for the first time for six years, the internal move meat of rubber in Malaya and its export from the country is unres tricted.
The Singapore rubber market is entirely normal, prices remaining practically what they were during the last days of the restriction era, but an avalanche of rubber exports from estates is gathering weight up country, and when this attaina full force further developments are expected. The present week may be described as the enim before the storm.
