Age again triumphed over youth yesterday afternoon in the harbour. race open to all nationalities. Mr. C. J. Cooke,, Hon. Secretary of the Victoria Recreation Club, won this event as far back as "1900. -Sixteen years later he competed again with success. The last two years niso saw him the wincer. In spite et na announcement last year that that was the last time he would be taking part in the cross-harbour swim, the fascination of the spurt was too strong.
