Bright Lights I Prohibited Areas. Lo Put Chai, a fishing boat hand appeared before Commander J. B. Newill, D.S.O., RN,, at the Marine Court yesterday morning for using bright lights in a prohibited area, at Central Fairway for the purpose of attracting Ash.

The defendant pleaded guilty and was fined 810 with the alternative of. 10 days' hard labour.

Trespassing In Sabis Area. Another master of a cargo, junk appeared before the Marine Magis trate at the instance of Sub-Insp. Hopkins for anchoring within the cable area at Aberdeen. This time the defendant pleaded guilty and was fined $3 with the option of Ave days' imprisonment.
