Following the "two days of typhoon weather which held up the general work of loading and un- loading the water-front yesterday morning presented a busy scene. Coolies and boatmen were carrying out work which had been left over. An unusually large number of cargo boats and sampans were alongside the Praya while "the, ferry service to the mainland was noticeably busy.
