CANTON, May 30th. The Committee on the Severance of Economic Relations with Japan, set up last Wednesday at the head- quarters of the City Kuomintang by some fifteen organizations reple seating all walks of life, has pro mulgated a set of regulations governing the handling and dis posal of Japanese goods in Canton Twelve rules were made, a free translation of which follows:-"

1. No Japanese banknotes shall be used; all the money deposited in Japanese banks shall be with, draws; and no money draft shall be sent through Japanese banks.
