PICKPOCKET CAUGHT.
Before Mr. B. E. Lindsell at the Central Magistracy yesterday morn ing a Chinese youth were charged with picking pockets. The com plainant said that he joined an excited crowd outside the Western Marget, and whilst looking on at the disturbance, was tapped on the shoulder bra district watchman who asked him if he had lost any money.
