PIENTSEN, Jan-13th. The Garrison Commissioner of! Tientsia, in an official despatch to the so-called Opium Prohibition Bureau states that since the estab- lishment of the "aplum prohibition bureau," opium-smoking deas have sprung up in every street of the native city of Tientsin after the payment of the necessary licence fees to the authorities.
