TO-DAY'S PROSPECTS..

The Seniors.

In the absence of the Interpart tnt in Shanghai, and several of the junior players taking their annual holidays, there are three games only in each division of the League this week.

la the absence of the China: Athletic and Club de Recreio from the senine division, interest centres in the game between the Services, i.e., K.Ox.B.'s R.A. at Sookus- poo and the Queen's 'Regiment e. R.A.E. at Kowloon.

"

-At Sankunpoo, old rivals meet and! in the past the Clunners have always? finished un top. To-day's game may see a reversal, for. the K.0.9.B.'s are now playing a strong game. The Gunners are still to be reckoned with for they have won their last four League games. A very keen game should be seen with the re- suti in docht until the final whistle sounds...

At Chatham Read, good fare will be provided between the Queen's und RA.F. This game should be watched by a large following as it is the only League game at Köwinen this week,

The Queen's fire expected to get full points as the RA.F. have several players on the injured list.

The game on the Hong Kong F.C. ground between the Hong Kong F.C. and South China will be the nttrar! tion at Happy Valley. The Club! are expected to win, hut the im provement shown by outh Chinn in their recent games, will give them confidence when they take the field against the Club to-day.

The Juniors,

The most attractive game in the Junior A division will be that on the Hong Kong F.C. ground be- tween the China Athletic and Kow. loon. The latter lost badly at home!

BOY'S SUICIDE PACT.

"NOBODY WANTS ME.”

LONDON, Dec. gard. How a thirteen-year-old boy pro posed a sureide pact with a friend und himself committed euicide by placing his head on the railway line was told to the Aylesbury coroner. The dead boy was Edward Acton Forrest, son of a Post Office engi neer, of Madeley-road, Aylesbury. On Monday he suggested to a play fellow that they should put their.. beads on the railway line, and after being ecolded by his father for playing with the gas, be committed on the suicide in this way. He left a note

saying. Nobody wants me, bo killed myself, Leaving all money in the bank and everything I have got to Fred (his brother). Forrest was described as & very bright bay, happy at home and at school, but too fond of reading "blood and thunder" stories.
