At the Bankruptcy Court of Saturday morning the Chief Justice (Sir Henry Gullan) made an inter- eating announcement regarding the mall proportion of bankrupts in the Colony who apply for discharge. In future if a bankrupt is overdue in application for discharge the Court will grant an order enforcing such an appliettion on the motion of any trustee or creditor.
