If there is a settlement between the Kwangsi party and the new Kwangtung party, it means that General Wong Kie Cheung will have to go.

According to Kwangsi reports the Kwangsi troops marching against Kwangtung have reached Dosing. below Wuchow, and they are aiming at the City.
