The Sirdar: No. 1 Buoy Thracian, No. 12 Buoy, Bruce; No. 18 Buoy, coxswain of the launch sounded one Belgol;" No. 18 Buoy, Fortal; No. blast on the whistic, as it was dark A8 Buoy, Ruthenia. at the time. He also altered the course of the lanach a little to star- board. At the same time, the junk altered course to port. When the junk came aloser, and was about 80 feet away, three more blasts on the steam whistle were sounded, and the engines were put full astern. The junk altered course again, this time to starboard, and a collision ensued, the junk being struck on HONG KONG HETEOROLOGICAL the port quarters. As stated little
