BERLIN. The Deutsche Allgemeine Zeitung publishes the observations of a cor- respondent on recent tendencies in Soviet-German trade. The cor- respondent, whose observations, agree with those of other persons closely acquainted with present trade conditions between the two countries, utters a warning against too great a readiness to grant long" term credits, and the Deutsche All- gemeine Zeitung adds some com- iments in the same vein.
