Three Stowaways.
In the coad bunkers of the s.s. City of Singapore, three Indians were discovered after the vessel had beon 24 hours away from Singapore. The trio were brought before Mr. W. Schofield at the Kowloon Magis tracy yesterday, a charge of having atowed themselves away.
Defendants told the Court that they had been in Singapore for.. about a month and not being able to get work, they decided to board the City of Singapore in the hope that work would be given them One of them was a watchman and the other two were carpenters by brade.
