Mr. A. Lang, master of the s.s. Chuny Woo (a Chinese steamer) was charged by Mr. Thompson, Board ing cfficer, with having entered the port on August 12th from Bangkok, with more than the 12 passengers on board allowed by Ordinance 10 Section 10.
Mr. Lang pleaded guilty.
