IN MOSCOW.
Peace has evidently been patched up between the North and South, bat it is equally evident that peace generally is, at present far away from China. Feng Yu Hsiang's troops are to be attacked by not only the Fengtienese but by the Shansi troops. Obviously (and not without cause) Feng is regarded as being more in alliance with Hadkow than with Kanking.
It is reported that Hankow has no fewer than three armies, with what appears to be six generals (or marshals) ready to attack Nanking vid Kiangsi An attack on Chekiang by the Hankow troops, is also contemplated. Very probably it is hoped that the "inscrutable" Feng will play a part in this little àffair. -
