The Colonial Secretary moved that the Hong Kong Tramways Company be given permission to construct approximately 145 yards of single track in Percival Street and to provide an additional curve leading from Morrison Srteet Into Connaught Road Central. He that the Tramway pointed out Ordinance requires that when changes in routes are made, the change shall be approved by the Governor in Executive Council and confirmed by a motion in Legisla tive Council.
The Attorney-General seconded the motion which was passed.
