it was finally decided to send the steamer Masbate to Southern, Tayabas The vessel left on June 3rd carrying food, sup- plies and clothing for the survivors who it is believed now, are still at. barrio Bondoc,"

Thore being no suitable anchorage in the Bondoc peninsula, tho Masbate ozpects to stand by at nome distance from barrio Bondor and send word of her arrival. If the weather clears, however, small boats may be used to carry the survivors from short to ship.

The bodice of 91 passengers of the steamer Negros were found on the coast of Bondoc peninsula not far from where the 74 survivora Were landed. The reports also state that many of the survivors now. at Bondoo are suffering from wounds and bruises incurred during the trip to land. However, they gro taken care by the residents of barrio Boadoc-Manila Times.
