Yesterday was the fourth day of hearing at the Surpreme Court, before the acting Chief-Justice (Mr. Justice J. R. Wood) of the case concerning the claim of Loo Kwong Lam and his brother Loo Kwong Hing for the annulinent of a mortgage of $100,000 on Hong Kong property on the ground that they had not reached their majarity when they enteret into the mortgage, and that they had received no benefit from it. The mortgage was signed in February, 1924, and was between the plaintiffs and several of their brothers on the one hand, and the defendants Li Koon Chan and Kan Tong Po on the other hand. Plaintiffs are also applying for an injuction to restrain the defendants from selling, or otherwise dealing with the property, etc.
