The second day of the Spring meeting under the auspices of the Shanghai Race Club was held yes- terday, and by courtesy of the Hong Kong Jockey Club we give the cabled resulla below.

The most successful jockey of the

three winners, while Mr. Brand and Mr. MeBain each brought in two árat places.
